Standard Rules and Requirements:

•  Team Rosters can consist of a maximum of 10 players. When filling out rosters, we ask you to inform us of gamertag, primary position and archetype. 

• Team Rosters must be locked in the first day of tournament's commencement.

• Teams' home jerseys must be white. Teams' away jerseys can be any color that is not white or gray. Both home and away jerseys must be submitted to us before the start of the tournament in order to pass registration.

• All courts must have the Take Flight 2K League logo on it.

• Team names must be edited and have "TFL" either before or after the actual team name.

• Absolutely no NBA or College logos. All logos must be custom made.

• There will be no refunds once tournament has began.

Match ups:

• This will be a double series elimination tournament. Each round will be a best of 3 series with the exception of the championship round which will be a best of 5 games series. Bracket match up will be randomly selected using random.com. You will have 3 days to complete the scheduled games against the assigned team for that round, absolutely no exceptions. If a team does not answer the other team about matching up within the 3 days, they will be disqualified from the tournament with no refund.

• To match up, the 2 captains from the respected teams will join a party with one another. 4 out of the 5 players on each team will click start to ready up. One person in the party will count down and the two unready players will then ready up, causing a search. The two teams will wait until a match is found. If the two teams do not find a match at the exact same time, both teams will back out of the court or quit the game before tipoff. You will repeat this process until the two teams get one another.

• If a player lags out before tip off, that team must quit immediately and restart the matchmaking process with one another. 

• All games must be streamed on team owner's twitch. It is not mandatory but it would be very beneficial if teams tweet their stream and @2kTakeFlight before tip off. We do this that way we are aware the game is going on and cannot only enjoy the game but monitor the game as well. It is mandatory and also greatly appreciated if twitch owners can save streamed games so we can gather highlights and review games if needed. 

• Admins will step in to force restarts or rematch if they feel conditions were unfair to both sides.

Stats:

• After every game is completed, a screenshot of the final box score must be taken and submitted into the captain's discord with all other team owners. THE PICTURE MUST BE DIRECTLY FROM THE XBOX, NO PHONE PICTURES.

• The winning team must also post a screenshot of the box score on twitter and @2kTakeFlight.

• We will be a very "on top of things," league. We will be updating stats the minute we receive final box scores. The bracket will also be updated as soon as game finishes. We want to make sure all players in our league and tournament get the exposure that they deserve.

• At the close of the tournament we will be awarding an MVP and 5 1st team all tournament members.
